How payments are handled and processed

The prices for the courses are as follows: For the Ultimate Business Credit Mastery (UBCM), the cost is $2,499 USD. For the Ultimate Personal Credit Mastery 2.0 (UPCM 2.0), the cost is $999 USD. For the Trident Wave 2.0, the cost is $299 USD. Visitors who wish to enroll into the courses available on prominentwealthgroup.com must first register as students demonstrating their intent to buy into a course. When accepting payments from students to enroll in our courses, students are required to provide their billing information, email address and their phone numbers. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

As such, upon successful collection of damages, perpetrators and violators will also be responsible for legal fees incurred during the collection and cease and desist process.
Refund policy
In order for customers to be eligible for refunds, they must first prove and provide the following, respective of the individual courses included in prominentwealthgroup.com
For the Ultimate Business Credit Mastery (UBCM), clients must:
- Demonstrate that they have followed instructions based on the course materials and have executed paperwork, worked with creditors and have applied the techniques taught in the course. The proof for this must be provided to admin@prominentwealthgroup.com and must include completed application forms where the business would apply with creditors, the response from those creditors (emails, faxes and/or letters sent from them), the TIER accountability sheets as well as demonstrate that they have gone through each TIER based on the recommendations provided in the course; and
- Prepare an affidavit of truth and fact stating that they have not violated the terms and conditions of www.prominentwealthgroup.com notarized, scanned and emailed to admin@prominentwealthgroup.com.
- Wait at least 6 months prior to requesting the refund, given the above-referenced conditions were met, since the course is designed to create outcomes and results upon a minimum 6 month completion phase.
For the Ultimate Personal Credit Mastery 2.0 (UPCM 2.0), clients must:
- Demonstrate that they have followed instructions based on the course materials and that they have made the effort to reach out to creditors, credit reporting agencies and/or agencies involved in context to getting their financial conditions improved. This must be sent as proof by writing to admin@prominentwealthgroup.com. Proof must be in the form of documents that were sent to the above-referenced parties such as letters that are notarized, with signature from the client as well as evidence of certified mail with return receipts to demonstrate that they have made effort in reference to getting their documents communicated; and
- Prepare an affidavit of truth and fact stating that they have not violated the terms and conditions of www.prominentwealthgroup.com notarized, scanned and emailed to admin@prominentwealthgroup.com; and
- Wait at least 6 months prior to requesting the refund, given the above-referenced conditions were met, since the course is designed to create outcomes and results upon a minimum 6 month completion phase.
For the Trident Wave 2.0, clients must:
- Demonstrate that they have followed instructions based on the course materials and that they have made the effort to reach out to creditors, credit reporting agencies and/or agencies involved in context to getting their financial conditions improved. This must be sent as proof by writing to admin@prominentwealthgroup.com. Proof must be in the form of documents that were sent to the above-referenced parties such as letters that are notarized, with signature from the client as well as evidence of certified mail with return receipts to demonstrate that they have made effort in reference to getting their documents communicated; and
- Prepare an affidavit of truth and fact stating that they have not violated the terms and conditions of www.prominentwealthgroup.com notarized, scanned and emailed to admin@prominentwealthgroup.com; and
- Wait at least 6 months prior to requesting the refund, given the above-referenced conditions were met, since the course is designed to create outcomes and results upon a minimum 6 month completion phase.
In addition, should the student enrolled in the course fail to meet any of the above-referenced conditions, a refund will not be issued.
Should the student purposely attempt a charge-back and process a dispute with their financial institution without going through the refund policy procedures, the student will be liable for fees incurred to Global Consulting Inc and www.prominentwealthgroup.com during the dispute process in addition to legal fees in the sum of $2,500 USD, plus any additional fees incurred in the collection process, which shall be considered part of the legal fees. The student will also be automatically blocked from accessing the courses and contents of prominentweathgroup.com and Global Consulting Inc, along with all the intellectual properties contained within it. The student will have a maximum of 3 months to pay the legal fees owed to Global Consulting Inc and prominentwealthgroup.com. Should the student fail to pay these fees, their file will be sent to a collection agency. As such, the student accepts and waives their right to dispute the legal fees and accepts full responsibility for it. Global Consulting Inc and prominentwealthgroup.com reserves the right to pursue the student in order to collect the legal fees owed by exercising legal remedies available which may include but not limited to; a lawsuit, judgement and/or wage garnishment until the fees owed are paid in full. The student waives all rights to dispute these procedures and accepts these conditions as they are should they fail to remedy the situation through the appropriate refund policy stated.
What can and cannot the students do with the course?
Students are allowed to use the materials, intellectual properties, resources and videos within the course to progress their own individual personal financial conditions and/or their business viability conditions based on the respective courses that they take. Students however, cannot use the materials, intellectual properties, resources and videos for any personal and/or business financial gain. They are also bound by the terms and conditions and therefore cannot distribute the contents of the course without express written consent from Global Consulting Inc and prominentweathgroup.com.
